Q1: What are your payment terms?
Our usual terms are 30% TT as deposit and the balance paid upon receipt of the bill of lading copy. For long-term partners (1+ year), we accept a 20% prepay. We also operate under D/P and L/C terms.
Q2: How long is the delivery time?
Stock items are delivered within 5 days. For production orders under 200 tons, delivery is usually within 25 days after contract sealing. Larger volumes may require slightly more time.
Q3: Can I request a sample for quality inspection?
Yes, we provide free samples for values under 30 USD (client pays express charges). For samples over 30 USD, the cost is shared equally between us and the client.
Q4: Do you accept third-party inspections?
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with third-party agencies like SGS and BV to inspect goods on behalf of our clients to ensure quality and quantity.
Q5: Do you accept annual supply orders?
Yes, we accommodate annual purchasing plans where goods are supplied monthly or seasonally. We do not charge for storage in these cases, though a deposit percentage is required.
Q6: What documents are supplied with each order?
Standard documentation includes the Original Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Mill Test Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Policy, and Bill of Lading.
