FRP grating is made of glass fiber and resin through a special process, showing a series of excellent characteristics. It has high strength and load-bearing capacity, can withstand a certain weight of loads such as pedestrians and vehicles, and is not easy to deform or damage. It has excellent corrosion resistance and good tolerance to various chemical substances such as acids, alkalis, and salts.

Thickness options: 25mm to 75mm (25mm, 30mm, 38mm, 50mm, 65mm, 75mm).
Common Grid sizes: 19mm×19mm, 25mm×25mm, 30mm×30mm, 38mm×38mm, 50mm×50mm.
Sheet sizes: 1220mm×3660mm, 1000mm×4000mm, 1220mm×2440mm.
Clips and fasteners should be selected based on the substrate used. Please consult technical documentation for standard mounting methods.
Lightweight & Strong: The density of FRP grating is about 1.8, which is only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum. It consists of extruded sections providing high structural integrity.
Anti-Slip Surfaces: Options include smooth, non-slip polished, or non-slip patterned. Ideal for ramps, manhole covers, and trench covers in sewage treatment facilities.
Load Capacity: Calculated by thickness. For example, 25mm supports ~1 ton, 38mm supports ~4-6 tons (standard for car washes), and 50mm supports ~9 tons.
