Scaffold boards is also called metal deck foor plates with holes for anti-slip purpose. There are GI type metal decks, hot dip galvanized scaffold planks and painted scaffold boards. Scaffolding planks with hooks are always used in system scaffold of ringlock, cuplock, kwikstage etc. Scaffold Planks steel profile thickness include 1.0-2.5mm.
Usage: In construction, the plain end scaffold boards is also used as toe board scaffolding side protection, fixed by toe board clamps. Scaffold boards should be fixed by scaffolding board clamps in construction safety or hanging by steel wires GI.
Standard Compliance: According to scaffold boards loading, there are class 1-5 construction platform conform to standard EN12811. Products are tested by 3rd party SGS according to EN1004, EN12811, EN BS1139. It is also tested and certified by Melbourne Testing House confirm to AS1577 standard, safety using in kwikstage construction. All scaffolding products are produced according to CE requirement in welding of EN1090 and ISO3834. Management follows ISO9001 internal quality control.

300 x 50mm walk perforated steel scaffold board is compatible with all system scaffolding and scaffolding tube fittings. The Scaffold Board can be with hooks or without hooks. Scaffold Board without hooks is fixed by scaffolding board retaining coupler or steel wires.
This type of scaffold boards are with strong box stiffener for bigger safety loading capacity. Length of the walk perforated steel board is always in 0.5m to 4m. While Customized length can be designed according to different system scaffolding ledger horizontal requirement.
