Kwikstage Scaffolding, also known as ringlock scaffolding, is a modern modular steel tube system named after its star-shaped node connections. The system consists of vertical posts, ledgers, diagonal braces, base plates, and working platforms, which can be quickly assembled using standardized nodes.
It features high structural stability, strong load-bearing capacity, fast assembly and disassembly, flexibility, and reusability. The manufacturing process follows a strict standardized flow. High-quality steel pipes and plates are selected and inspected. Vertical posts, ledgers, and diagonal braces are precisely cut, followed by high-precision welding of ringlock nodes and base plates.
All steel components undergo hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Every unit is tested for stability and load capacity to ensure strict compliance with safety requirements before packing.
Our operation is an integrated R&D, production, and sales powerhouse specializing in high-quality building materials. The facility spans over 13,000 square meters with more than 150 production units. We achieve annual outputs of 300,000 tons of steel pipes and 450,000 tons of scaffolding products.
