Ringlock scaffolding is a modular scaffold system which is safer and more convenient. It can be divided into 48mm and 60mm systems. The Ringlock system consists of standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, jack bases, U-heads, and other components. The standard is welded with rosettes containing eight holes: four small holes to connect ledgers and four large holes to connect diagonal braces.
The reasonable design ensures the system is forced by three points, resisting bending and providing anti-skid properties. When the wedge pin is hammered down and fixed, the joint connects closely with the standard, passing vibrations from the ledger down to the ground. This reduces vibration on the wedge pin, preventing it from bouncing off.
