Kwikstage also called Quickstage, mainly used in UK, Australia, South Africa, South East Asia (there will be some difference between these area), is a modular scaffolding system. Kwikstage Scaffolding Components Include Kwikstage Standard, Ledger, Transom, Brace, Mesh Guard, Toe Board, Hop Up Bracket, Tie Bar, etc.
Vertical standards form the vertical supports and are made from 48.3mm diameter scaffold tube. They have several series of V presses welded on to provide a location for Ledgers Transoms and Brace.

Ledgers are used to tie in the standards longitudinally. On the inside of the scaffold of the scaffold they are used at platform level and on the outside as a guardrail.

Transoms fit into the lower V pressings on the standards to carry steel boards and secure the standards together. The transoms are installed horizontally and at 90 degrees to the ledger.
