Structure of CFRP Sandwich Panels:
The skin consists of CFRP sheets (continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic) containing 60% to 70% glass fiber and 30% to 40% resin (PA, PE, PP, etc.). The core is composed of plastic honeycomb or foam, providing a lightweight yet incredibly rigid structure.
