Cuplock scaffolding is a modular system scaffold widely used in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. It adopts a unique cup-and-lock joint connection, which allows quick fastening of ledgers and braces to the vertical standards without the need for bolts or loose fittings. This simple locking mechanism ensures fast installation, high strength, and excellent stability.
The system is designed with standardized modular components including verticals, ledgers, diagonal braces, base jacks, U-head jacks, steel planks, guardrails, and toe boards. The 500mm interval cup joints on the standards provide flexible height adjustment and versatile combinations for different structures.

| Component | Common Sizes (mm) | Tube Diameter & Thickness | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vertical (Standard) | 500 - 3000 | #48.3 × 3.2 / 3.25 | With top and bottom cup joints, spacing every 500mm |
| Ledger (Horizontal) | 500 - 2500 | #48.3 × 3.0 / 3.25 | Both ends with forged blade, locked into cup joint |
| Diagonal Brace | 1500 - 4000 | #48.3 × 3.0 | With swivel blade at both ends for bracing |
| Adjustable Base Jack | 500 / 600 | #38 / #48 threaded | For height adjustment at the bottom |
| Adjustable U-Head Jack | 600 / 750 | #38 / #48 threaded | For supporting beams or formwork at the top |
| Steel Plank | 210×45×1000-3000 | 1.2-1.5mm thick | Anti-slip holes, loading ≥250kg/m² |

Our cuplock scaffolding features high-strength vertical standards with cup joints for secure assembly; horizontal ledgers with precision forged blade ends for quick connection; and diagonal braces with swivel blade ends for stability. Adjustable base jacks and U-head jacks provide precise adjustment for any construction environment.

Quick and Easy Assembly: Simple cup-and-lock joint design allows fast erection without bolts, saving labor and time.
High Load Capacity: Each vertical can carry 40-60kN, suitable for high-rise buildings and heavy-duty projects.
Enhanced Safety: Rigid connections reduce movement; modular 500mm joint spacing allows flexible adjustments.
Extreme Durability: Hot-dip galvanized surfaces ensure long service life and high resistance to corrosion.

Frame scaffolding involves raw material preparation, cutting, forming, welding, surface treatment, inspection, and packaging. Q345B or Q235B steel is precisely formed and welded, then hot-dip galvanized or coated for corrosion protection. Quality checks on dimensions and load capacity ensure reliable performance.

Our scaffolding products hold international certifications including EN12810/EN12811 (Europe), AS/NZS 1576 (Australia/NZ), and ISO 9001. We provide third-party inspection reports from SGS, TÜV, and BV to ensure compliance with global safety requirements.
