Cuplock scaffolding: The Cuplock Scaffolding System is a modular steel scaffolding solution widely used for construction, formwork support, and shoring applications. It features a unique cup-lock node connection, consisting of a fixed bottom cup and a rotating top cup, allowing ledgers and braces to be securely locked in place with a single action.
Manufactured from high-strength carbon steel, the system provides excellent load-bearing capacity, structural stability, and fast installation. The standardized 48.3 mm tube diameter ensures full compatibility with international scaffolding components and accessories.
The facility was founded in 2012 and covers an area of 35,000 square meters with more than 230 employees. In the early stage, the focus was primarily on producing welded pipes, hot-dip galvanized pipes, and pre-galvanized pipes, accumulating rich production experience.
In 2014, to meet market development needs, the business expanded into scaffolding, including scaffolding couplers, steel planks, steel props, ladder beams, and ring lock scaffolding systems. With complete blanking, cutting, welding, and galvanized production lines, the annual output exceeds 50,000 tons.
