CUPLOCK SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The Cuplock system is a fully galvanized multi-purpose steel system scaffold designed for all access, shoring, and supporting vertical loads.
Unique node points which can lock up to four components in one easy hammer blow provide a wider range of applications. Node points are spaced on all standards at 500mm intervals to ensure that correct working lifts can be provided and handrails are positioned at the correct height.
Standard/Vertical Details
These items form the vertical members of the scaffold and are made from 48.3 diameter x 3.2mm thick high-grade steel tube. They incorporate a fixed bottom cup which is welded at 500mm intervals, with a captive moving top cup that can secure up to four components. At the top of the standards, there is a 150mm spigot that allows the vertical connection of further standards.
