CUPLOCK SYSTEM: A fully galvanised, multi-purpose steel system scaffold designed for all access, shoring, and supporting vertical loads.
Unique node points can lock up to four components in one easy hammer blow, providing a wider range of applications. Node points are spaced on all standards at 500mm intervals to ensure correct working lifts and handrail positioning. This system is significantly faster to erect than traditional methods.
These form the vertical members of the scaffold, made from 48.3 diameter x 3.2mm thick high-grade steel tube. They incorporate a fixed bottom cup welded at 500mm intervals, with a captive moving top cup that secures components. The location of the bottom cup (80mm from the base) improves structural strength and reduces the need for base-bracing.
